Create
key sections and features of Visme
● Click the “create” option from the side menu to start designing projects immediately.
This leads to various templates of content, such as presentations, infographics,
whiteboards, documents, and more. Import options in PPTX and PDF are available,
and folder creation can be made for organizing your projects.

Home
● The home page provides access to the complete dashboard, allowing you to navigate
to any section.
Projects
● Find all your completed and saved projects here. You can make changes from where
you left off. This folder allows you to access your projects and the projects that have
been shared with you.
My Files
● Find all the uploaded files, like documents, images, logos, videos, and audios. Use the
filter option to locate your file.
Schedule
● Use this schedule feature to manage all tasks and posts. You can set assigned tasks,
social posts, and expiration dates. Connect channels through your Visme account to
social media to schedule posts.
● Select a date and click the “+” icon to schedule your post. Add the project, time, and
description, and you can now post the content at the scheduled time. Switch between a
monthly and weekly view to see your posts.
My Brand
Visme helps you set up your brand and generate templates for its users by key sections and features of Visme.
● Brand assets: When you publish your projects via the Visme link, you get your logo
to be added to your published pages. Upload your own fonts or choose from Visme’s
library. Create and name multiple color palettes. Setting primary and secondary brand
colors makes your project creation easy.
● Brand wizards: Brand wizards are used to scrub your website. Visme populates fonts
and colors in the brand area. This also sets colors and fonts for ready-to-use branded
templates.
● Styles: Set theme colors using this feature. Apply a color swatch to your projects.
Establish fonts for headings, subtitles, and paragraphs for the text across your
projects.
● Templates: You can create and save ready-to-use templates for your project and your
team’s project.
● Brand links: Add relevant URLs associated with your company for quick access.
● Settings: You can easily manage a team’s designs on this platform. Control the
brand’s fonts, colors, and themes. Changing the background for your published pages
and removing logos from the header are easy. Manage the template categories
according to your brand.
● Data: Visme allows you to check the analytics and form results for your projects.
This helps you get the pulse of your viewers.
● Analytics: By clicking on “Analytics,” you will be able to see views, unique visits,
average time, average completion, and more by exporting CSV.
Find the analytics of the project by providing the date, and you can see the project views,
total visit, time of view, visitor IP, location of the visitor, total time spent on the project, and
source.
You can also access “Analytics” by clicking on the menu button of the project.
